Thermodata understands how accurate temperature measurements underpin quality and regulatory compliance. To meet these criteria we have developed precise temperature monitoring solutions.
Measure, Collect and Interpret Accurate and Reliable Temperature Data
Thermodata collaborates with laboratories and researchers in the Life Sciences field to develop products that fulfil its unique set of requirements. For example, the calibration method used for the T+ Button, accurate to better than ±0.1° C, was developed in response to the need of Boston IVF to accurately monitor their incubators.
The Thermodata system offers these key benefits:
Accurate readings – Protect the viability of your patients, products and research with precise readings, knowing that you are able to precisely measure to an accuracy of ±0.1° C.
Globally accepted accreditation – Our hardware is calibrated in our ISO/IEC17025:2005 accredited laboratory. Each calibrated device includes a Calibration Certificate fully compliant with the NIST Handbook 150, showing details of our NVLAP accreditation and NIST traceability.
Improved efficiency – Reduce the time your personnel spend manually recording temperature measurements in the lab and maintaining records.
Validate Your Equipment and Ongoing Temperature Monitoring Activities
The Thermodata system is flexible and scalable - from a single piece of equipment in a small lab to globally distributed operations. You select your combination of hardware required and scale up the management of your processes on the Loggistix cloud service to fit in with your needs.
The scalable system includes:
- A range of innovative hardware products that are calibrated in-house to ISO17025 standards; and
- The Loggistix cloud service that collects and stores actionable data from the hardware products for notifications, reporting and analysis.
The T+ Button is a precisely calibrated logger, with an accuracy of ±0.1⁰C in the range of 0 to 50°C.
It was developed in collaboration with Boston IVF to fulfil the exacting requirements of monitoring incubators and heated microscope stages during the development of embryos. The device is small and reads temperatures in the narrow range of 36.7°C and 37.2°C.
The traceable and certified calibration of the T+ Button ensures that its accuracy is well suited for the precise monitoring of crucial temperature ranges.
The Data Downloader is a robust, small, portable and easy to use device that makes quick work of collecting readings from the T+ Buttons. Instead of having to connect each T+ Button to a USB Reader that is connected to a PC, simply download data from the T+ Button with the Data Downloader and upload the data to the Loggistix cloud service. Storage and Refrigeration
The Thermodata Sentinel is a fully self-contained Wi-Fi temperature monitor, with an accuracy of ±0.25⁰C in the calibrated range of -20 to 50°C, making it ideal for refrigerators and freezers.
The monitor is fitted to the outside of existing or new refrigerators and provides a clear readout of the internal temperature and a visible indication if the temperature is out of range. The calibrated sensor is positioned inside the unit, without damaging door seals or requiring modifications to your equipment. On expiry of the calibration period, no technical skills are required to replace the sensor with a newly calibrated sensor in minimal time.
The continuously collected data is transmitted to Loggistix and alert notifications are sent to designated users if temperatures are out of range or data transmission is interrupted. Read more.
CryoStorage Monitor – In Development
The CryoStorage Monitor is a fully self-contained Wi-Fi temperature device for monitoring liquid nitrogen containers used for cryogenic storage.
It provides increased flexibility of placing your containers anywhere within range of Wi-Fi coverage. The continuously collected data is transmitted to Loggistix. If temperature is out of range, it provides a visible indication and alert notifications are sent to designated users.
TL Button is a calibrated logger, with an accuracy of ±0.25⁰C in the calibrated range of -30 to 70°C, suited for placement in packages and containers of media, pharmaceuticals and other sensitive products being shipped.
When the shipment reaches its destination, the readings are uploaded to the Loggistix cloud service using the Data Downloader. Authorized users are immediately notified and are able to access the information via the Web. Read more.
