Thermodata's Improved Scope of Accreditation

Improved Scope of Accreditation enables more granular temperature monitoring.

We are pleased to announce that as of October 15, 2012, NVLAP granted an improved Scope of Accreditation for Thermodata Corporation's calibration laboratory. The Uncertainty of Measurement (k = 2), for temperature loggers and sensors, was reduced from ±0.03°C to ±0.01°C, in the range of -40° to 150°C.

These are no longer just guidelines though, it is now required by law; so detailed record keeping and temperature monitoring is essential in maintaining compliance for a blood bank or plasma center.
